Appearance: Were our associates from Rove Pest Control neat and orderly?
A. Excellent – Above and beyond my expectations! Where can I get their duds?

B. Good – That’s a snazzy suit you’re wearing.

C. Satisfactory – Well, at least their shirt was ironed…

D. Unsatisfactory – Pants should only have three holes in them; the waist and the legs.

E. Needs Improvement – That’s not a uniform, it’s layers of dirt that look like a uniform.
Effectiveness: Were the associates thorough, detailed, and expedient?
A. Excellent – The Seal Team Six of pest control.

B. Good – These guys redefined Websters.

C. Satisfactory – I found a few stragglers… but they came out of the Christmas decorations box, so its expected.

D. Unsatisfactory – Not happy at all; wolf spiders in my cereal = bad day.

E. Needs Improvement – …did someone even show up?
Service: Were the associates friendly, courteous, and polite?
A. Excellent – The Boy Scouts could learn a thing or two from these guys.

B. Good – I had a few more questions, but nothing too pressing.

C. Satisfactory – Yeah, they were nice… enough.

D. Unsatisfactory – Must’ve gotten up on the wrong side of the bed.

E. Needs Improvement – Rude. No clearer definition then that.
